This workshop is designed for professionals seeking to learn how best to use Thermal Imagers, across a wide range of engineering applications including electrical and mechanical systems. The focus of IR is part of a management philosophy developing condition monitoring as a Predictive Maintenance Tool. This workshop includes:
  • Qualitative and Quantitative Thermography.
  • IR theory and heat transfer.
  • Generic infrared camera operation.
  • Measurement characterisation and practice.
  • interpretation of measurement results and reporting.
  • Cost benefit analysis.

This workshop follows aspects within BS ISO18434-1:2008, including the development of IR Reports and fault-finding skills.
